복음의 자유, 복음의 열매를 추구하는 삶!

오늘날과 같이 복음을 잃어가는 교회를 향하여 바울이 제시하는 효과적인 해결책이 나옵니다.

갈라디아서는 “그리스도인의 자유 대헌장”이라 부릅니다. 그리스도안에서 얻는 자유를 제대로 이해하고 받아들이는 그리스도인은 율법주의라는 병을 예방하는 백신을 맞는 것입니다. 이 복음의 백신을 꼭 맞으시길 바랍니다.

● 자유란 무엇입니까?

얽매여 있는 곳에서 풀려나는 것입니다. 우리가 어디에 갇혔거나 매여 있을 때, 힘이 들고 고통이 옵니다. 그래서 불행합니다. 덫에 결려 꼼짝 못합니다.

그런데 오늘 말씀은 얽매였거나 갇혀있는 자들에게 해방의 소식, 기쁨의 소식입니다. 다음 주는 8월 15일 광복주간입니다. ♬오 자유~~

♣갈5:1> “그리스도께서 우리를 자유롭게 하려고 자유를 주셨으니”

이 자유는 “행동의 자유”를 말하는 것이 아니라 “신분의 자유”를 말하는 것입니다. 종의 신분에서 벗어나 하나님의 아들이 되었습니다.

율법의 요구로 종노릇하다가 주님의 은혜의 복음으로 율법의 짐에서 벗어난 자가 되었습니다. 신분이 바뀌어 하나님의 자녀가 된 것입니다.

그런데 말입니다. 가만히 들어온 거짓 형제들이 그리스도 예수 안에서 우리가 가진 자유를 엿보고 우리를 율법을 가지고 다시 종으로 삼고자 했습니다(갈2:4-5). 오늘날도 복음을 잘 모르게 되면 이런 일이 일어납니다. 그래서 바울은 주님의 십자가 공로를 헛되게 만드는 자들을 강하게 몰아 부칩니다.

갈5:4>“율법 안에서 의롭다 함을 얻으려 하는 너희는 그리스도에게서 끊어지고 은혜에서 떨어진 자로다“

● 어디로부터의 자유입니까? (from?) 그동안 어디에 얽매였던 자인가요?

① 죄 아래 갇혀 있었던 것입니다.

인류조상 아담의 범죄로 인하여 모든 사람이 죄를 범하게 되었습니다. 자유를 만끽했던 에덴에서 추방되어 에덴 밖에서 두려움에 사로잡혀 살아갑니다.

각종 질병과 전쟁 그리고 죽음이 다가옵니다. 먹고 먹히는 인생입니다. 그래서 자유와 평화는 없습니다. 누구나 죄인으로서 죄를 범하며 살아갑니다.

요8:34> 진실로 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 죄를 범하는 자마다 죄의 종이라

② 율법아래 갇혀 있었다고 말합니다.

갈3:23> 믿음이 오기 전에 우리는 율법아래 매인바 되고 계시될 믿음의 때까지 갇혔느니라

롬11:32> 하나님이 모든 사람을 순종하지 아니하는 가운데 가두어 두심은 모든 사람에게 긍휼을 베풀려 하심이로다

그런데 예수님께서 십자가에서 율법의 요구를 십자가에서 다 이루시고 우리에게 자유를 주셨습니다. 그래서 정죄함을 면하게 되었습니다.

요8:32> “진리를 알지니 진리가 너희를 자유롭게 하리라”

롬8:1-2> “그리므로 이제 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 자에게는 결코 정죄함이 없나니 이는 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 생명의 성령의 법이 죄와 사망의 법에서 너를 해방하였음이라”

♣갈5:18> 너희가 만일 성령의 인도하시는 바가 되면 율법 아래에 있지 아니하리라

그러므로 이제 우리는 죄로부터 그리고 율법으로부터 자유, 해방되었습니다.

● 그렇다면 무엇을 위하여 자유를 주셨을까요? (for?)

♣갈5:13> “형제들아 너희가 자유를 위하여 부르심을 입었으나 그러나 그 자유로 육체의 기회를 삼지 말고 오직 사랑으로 서로 종 노릇 하라”

① 육체의 기회를 삼지 말라.

♣갈5:19-21> 육체의 일은 분명하니 음행, 더러운 것, 호색, 우상숭배, 주술, 원수 맺는 것, 분쟁, 시기, 분냄, 당 짓는 것, 분열함, 이단, 투기, 술 취함, 방탕함과 또 그와 같은 것들(15가지 이상)

② 사랑으로 서로 종노릇하라.

♣갈5:22-23> 22오직 성령의 열매는 사랑과 희락과 화평과 오래 참음과 자비와 양선과 충성과 23온유와 절제니 이 같은 것을 금지할 법이 없느니라

자유를 주셨는데 종노릇하라?? 다시 돌아가란 말인가요? “성령과 사랑”

사랑의 끈으로 연결된 상태를 사랑의 종이라고 합니다. 성령으로 말미암아 하나님의 사랑이 우리 마음에 부어졌을 때 우리가 주님과 결합되게 됩니다.

● 이렇게 자유자로 살아오면서 맺은 열매들이 무엇입니까?

육체의 일이 나타났습니까? 성령의 열매들이 나타났습니까?

갈6:7-8절> 스스로 속이지 말라 사람이 무엇으로 심든지 그대로 거두리라

육체를 위하여 심는 자는 육체로부터 썩어진 것을 거두게 됩니다.

♣갈5:17>“육체의 소욕은 성령을 거스르고 성령은 육체를 거스르나니 이 둘이 서로 대적함으로~“

새롭게 성령이 임한 자는 옛 자아인 육체의 본성도 함께 있기에 갈등이 일어납니다. 육체의 욕구와 성령의 욕구가 충돌을 합니다. 성령이 임하지 아니한 사람은 이런 충돌을 없습니다.

① 사람이 언제부터 이렇게 육체가 되어버린 것입니까?

아담과 하와가 따 먹으면 반드시 죽으리라고 한 선악과를 따 먹음으로 생명나무로부터 차단이 되어버린 것입니다. 이때부터 사람은 생명과 단절되어 육체로 살아가게 되었습니다.

창6:3> “여호와께서 이르시되 나의 영이 영원히 사람과 함께 하지 아니하리니 이는 그들이 육신(육체)이 됨이라 그러나 그들의 날은 백이십 년이 되리라 하시니라” 공동번역은 동물이 되었다. 그 모습이 다음과 같습니다.

창6:5> 사람의 생각하는 모든 계획이 항상 악하다. 그래서 세상이 엉망진창인 것입니다.

② 이런 세상을 육체가 된 인간들이 스스로 고쳐낼 수가 있을까요?

정치를 바르게 하면? 교육을 바르게 하면? 사회 환경을 바꾸면 될까요?

이들은 죽었다가 깨어나도 하나님의 나라를 유업으로 받지 못합니다.

십자가에서 다 이루신 예수님께서 보내신 성령이 아니고서는 안 됩니다.

● 성령으로 생활하십니까?

성령을 받으셨지요? 십자가 복음으로부터 오는 성령입니다. 성령이 오시면 나타나는 현상은 무엇입니까?

♣갈5:24> “그리스도 예수의 사람들은 육체와 함께 그 정욕과 탐심을 십자가에 못 박았느니라”

"그리스도 예수의 사람들” = “성령의 사람들”은 이렇다!

그리스도 예수의 사람들은 육체와 함께 그 정욕과 탐심을 십자가에 못 박았다고 합니다. 성령의 열매란 우리의 정욕과 탐심을 날마다 십자가에 못 박으면서 나오는 열매입니다. ♬ 내가 그리스도와 함께 십자가에 못 박혔나니~

그러나 육체의 일들은 십자가에 못 박히지 않고 육체에서 나오는 열매들입니다. 이것들은 자기 욕망과 자기 자랑으로 연결이 됩니다.

★오늘날 주님이 죽으신 십자가를 말하는 사람은 많습니다. 그러나 자신이 주님과 함께 죽은 십자가를 말하는 사람(성령 받은 사람)은 아주 드뭅니다.

십자가를 경험하는 것이 성령 받은 증거입니다. 마음의 할례를 받은 것입니다. 성령의 열매는 성령께서 우리 자신을 부인하게 해서 성령이 맺으십니다.

오직 예수 그리스도의 십자가의 살과 피를 날마다 먹고 마심으로 성령의 열매가 저절로 맺혀지는 성령생활로 승리하시길 바랍니다.

-종(죄, 율법)의 신분으로부터 자유하게 된 자

-육체의 기회(세상과 세상에 속한 것, 썩어질 것)를 추구하지 않는 자

-율법아래 있지 않는 자(율법지킴이나 행위를 자랑하지 않는 자)

2. 왜 자유를 주셨나요? 갈5:13 “사랑의 종노릇하기”위하여

3. 성령의 자유자로 살아오면서 육체의 소욕과 싸운 갈등을 경험했나요?

성령(주님을 높임)과 악령(나를 높임)의 영적전투장이 삶의 현장입니다.

4. 하나님을 떠나 육체로 사는 인간들이 기껏 하는 헛수고가 무엇입니까?

정치, 교육, 환경 개선 등 인간의 육체의 가능성으로 일하고 자랑하는 일

육신의 정욕, 안목의 정욕, 세상의 영광을 추구하도록 사단의 조종 받는 일

5. 당신이 성령의 열매를 맺기 위하여 성령께서 하시는 일이 무엇인가요?

갈5:24 날마다 육체와 함께 그 정욕과 탐심을 십자가에 못 박고 있습니다.

이런 자들에게 하나님의 나라의 유업이 주어집니다(고전15:50).

6. 항상 주님과 함께 십자가에 못 박히는 경험을 하고 계십니까? 다시 말해 성령의 인도를 받고 사십니까? (갈2:20) 그러면 성령 생활하는 자입니다.

Freedom of the gospel, life pursuing the fruit of the gospel!
There is an effective solution that Paul offers to the church that is losing the gospel as it is today.
Galatians call it the "Christian Charter of Freedom." Christians who understand and accept the freedom they gain in Christ are vaccinated against a disease called legalism. I hope you get this gospel vaccine.

● What is freedom?
It's to be released from the boundaries. When we're trapped or tied up somewhere, it's hard and painful. So I'm unhappy. I'm stuck in a trap.
But today's message is news of liberation and joy for those who are bound or trapped. Next week is National Liberation Week on August 15. ♬ Oh, free

♣Gal5:1> "Because Christ gave us freedom to set us free."
This freedom does not mean "freedom of action" but "freedom of identity." He escaped from the status of servant and became the son of God.
He was a servant at the request of the law, but became a free man from the burden of the law through the gospel of the Lord's grace. He changed his status and became a child of God.

By the way, The false brothers who came in quietly took a peek at our freedom in Christ Jesus and tried to make us servants again with the law (Gal2:4-5). This happens today when you don't know the gospel well. So Paul drives those who make the Lord's cross in vain.
"You who seek righteousness in the law are those who have been cut off from Christ and have fallen from grace."

● Where is your freedom from? Where have you been tied up?

1. He was locked up in sin.
The crime of Adam, the ancestor of mankind, has caused everyone to commit a crime. Exiled from Eden, where he enjoyed freedom, he lives in fear outside of Eden.
Various diseases, wars, and death are coming. It's a life where you eat and eat. So there is no freedom and peace. Everyone lives sinning as a sinner.
8:34 >Truthfully, truthfully, I tell you that every sinner is a servant of sin.

2. Say you were locked up under the law.
Before faith came, we were locked up until faith that would be maintained under the law. While God is not obedient to all men, the head of state will show compassion to all men.
But Jesus fulfilled the demands of the law on the cross and gave us freedom. That's why I'm spared sin.
John 8:32 >"You know the truth, and it will set you free.
Rom8:1-2 "Therefore, there is no sin against those in Christ Jesus, for the law of the Holy Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has freed you from the law of sin and death."
♣Gal 5:18 >If you are guided by the Holy Spirit, you will not be under the law. So now we are free from sin and from the law.


● So what did you give freedom for?

♣Gal 5:13 "Brothers, you have been called for freedom, but do not take the opportunity of the body with it, but be servants only with love."

Do not take advantage of physical opportunities.
♣Gal 5:19-21> Body work is clear: sexual harassment, dirty, lust, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, conflict, timing, resentment, party building, divisiveness, heresy, speculation, drunkenness, and so on (more than 15)

Be servants with love.
♣Gal 5:22-23 >The fruit of the Holy Spirit is love, pleasure, peace, long patience, mercy, good faith, 23 oen milk and moderation, and there is no law against such things.
You've given me freedom. Be my servant? You want me to go back? "The Holy Spirit and Love."
The state connected by a love string is called a love bell. When God's love is poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, we become united with the Lord.

● What are the fruits of your free life?

Did the physical work show up? Did the fruit of the Holy Spirit appear?
Do not deceive yourself. Whatever man plants, he will reap.
He who plants for the body will reap what is rotten from the body.
♣Gal 5:17> "The desires of the body go against the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit goes against the body, and these two go against each other."
Conflicts arise because the new Holy Spirit also includes the nature of the body, the old self. The desire of the body conflicts with the desire of the Holy Spirit. No man without the Holy Spirit has such a conflict.

① When did a person become a body like this?
Adam and Hawa were blocked from the tree of life by eating the fruit of good and evil, which they said would surely die if they were picked. From this point on, people became separated from life and lived with the body.
Genesis 6:3: Jehovah said, "My spirit will not be with man forever, for they will be flesh, but their day will be 120 years old." The joint translation became an animal. Here's how it looks like this is how it looks.
Genesis 6:5: All man's thinking plans are always evil. That's why the world is a mess.

Can human beings who have become flesh be able to repair this world by themselves? What if I do the politics right? What if I get the education right? Should I change the social environment?
Even if they die and wake up, they do not receive the kingdom of God as a dairy. It must be the Holy Spirit sent by Jesus, who achieved everything on the cross.

● Do you live by the Holy Spirit?

You received the Holy Spirit, didn't you? The Holy Spirit from the Gospel of the Cross. What happens when the Holy Spirit comes?
♣Gal 5:24> "The people of Christ crucified the lust and greed of the flesh."
"The people of Jesus Christ" = "The people of the Holy Spirit" are like this!
It is said that the people of Christ Jesus crucified the lust and greed along with the body. The fruit of the Holy Spirit is the fruit that comes from crucifixing our lust and greed every day. ♬ I'm crucified with Christ.
But the work of the body is the fruit of the body without being crucified. These are linked to self-desire and self-prouding.

★ Many people today refer to the cross where the Lord died. But very few people speak of the cross that they have died with the Lord.

Experiencing the cross is proof of the Holy Spirit. I was circumcised in my heart. The fruit of the Holy Spirit is made by the Holy Spirit to deny ourselves. May you win with the Holy Spirit's life, where the fruit of the Holy Spirit is formed by drinking and eating the flesh and blood of the cross of Jesus Christ every day.




1. Are you the one who is called for freedom?(Gal 5:1, Gal 5:13, Gal 5:18)
- A man freed from the status of a servant (sin, law).
- A man who does not seek opportunities for the body (the world and what belongs to the world, which will rot).
- A person who is not under the law (a person who does not boast of his/her law or actions)
2. Why did you give me freedom? Gal 5:13 To be a servant of love.
3. Have you experienced conflict with the desires of the body while living as a free man of the Holy Spirit?
Spiritual battlefields of the Holy Spirit and the Evil Spirit are the scene of life.
4. What is the best waste of men who leave God and live in the flesh?
Work and boast as a possibility of human body, such as politics, education, and environmental improvement. Spirit of the flesh, lust of the eye, manipulated by the division to pursue glory in the world.
5. What does the Holy Spirit do to produce the fruit of the Holy Spirit?
Gal 5:24 Every day he crosses his lust and greed with his body.
These men are given the inheritance of the kingdom of God (Corinthians 15:50). 

6. Do you always have a crucifixion with the Lord? In other words, do you live under the guidance of the Holy Spirit? (Gal 2:20) Then you live by the Holy Spirit.
